Description

Provide Operation and Mechanical Maintenance at the Prettyman Courthouse and Annex, 333 Constitution Ave, Washington DC 20001. The Contractor shall provide all management, administrative, subcontracts, reimbursable buildings alterations, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. This procurement is 8 (a) set-aside procurement with award being made to the offeror who combination of technical and price proposal represent the best value to the Government. The procurement will be for a base year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the services for four (4) additional years of twelve (12) months each. This is firm fixed price procurement. A pre-conference/ site visit will be held on August 18, 2011. GSA will only be issuing electronic copies of the solicitation; no paper copies will be available. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be issued on or about August 5, 2011.
