- SOW for Cable Infrastructure Upgrades Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATON F1HTAL1075A001 - Cable Infrastructure Upgrades Building 602 SET ASIDE: Total Small Business Classification: N Installation of Equipment NAICS: 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1HTAL1075A001 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, effective 31 May 2011. This acquisition is for the 452nd Operational Contracting Office at March Air Reserve Base, California and is being issued as a 100% small business set aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14M. QUOTATION PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. The responses shall consist of two sections: Section 1. Cost Section must include solicitation Number, date, offeror name, address, telephone number, cage code, lump sum price, discount terms (if any offered): Section 2. Technical Section - Provide a technical capability statement that provides sufficient information to allow the government to ascertain that the offeror meets the requirements specified in statement of work. BASIS FOR AWARD: This is a competitive, lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures. For quotations determined technically acceptable, a price fair and reasonable determination will be made. An offeror who demonstrates that they have sufficient technical capability will be deemed technically acceptable. Award will be based on technical acceptability and lowest price. Each offeror's quoted price will be evaluated for reasonableness. Price will always be an important factor; therefore, offerors are reminded to make diligent efforts to control costs and submit fairly priced quotes. CLIN 0001: The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools, cables, wiring, hardware and efforts to perform complete renovation of building 602 premise wiring cabling infrastructures on March Air Reserve Base, CA in accordance with statement of work dated 11 July 2011.
