If the required Period of Performance schedule cannot be met, an alternate Period of Performance schedule may be considered. Place of Performance shall be at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kekaha, Hawaii 96752-0128. Method of payment is by Government Purchase Card.
