- This is a notification that the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, FORT LEAVENWORTH, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements' to Global Software Corporation, 5001 N. Pennsylvania, Suite 10, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. This purchase is for Annual Software Support / Maintenance agreement for the DES Computer Aided Dispatch System and emergency replacement of two (2) CAD servers. The basis for restricting competition is that Global Software Corporation is the only source that can maintain the current Global Dispatch system. The award shall consist of the following: Provide the customer with maintenance for the Software licensed and the Hardware purchased through the offeror. Annual Maintenance consists of software feature enhancements, software error corrections, and technical assistance via Global's Customer Service Center. Hardware consists of HP ProLiant DL360 G7 Server or equivalent and Buffalo TeraStation III 2TB NAS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responses received within 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days of this notice to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, the award will be issued to Global Software Corporation. The NAICS Code is 334111, size standard 1,000 employees. There is no solicitation package available.
