Description

Sources sought for service and maintenance repair for an Infiniti Vision System. The Boise VAMC is seeking businesses interested and capable of service and maintenance repair for an Infiniti Vision System as detailed below. Please respond via e-mail ONLY. Your response should identify your company name, point of contact with contact information, service and maintenance capabilities for the Infiniti Vision system, identify your business size, and if you are (by the definitions in the FAR) any of the following: Small Business, 8(a) disadvantaged, disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran owned or HUB Zone certified. Also, state if you currently have a Federal Supply Schedule Contract or a VA contract that this product falls under. Only this minimal information is requested. A Request for Quote shall be issued at a later date. The NAICS code for the procurement is 811219 and the small business size standard is $19 million USD. Contractor shall provide service and maintenance repair on the following piece of equipment: 1. Infiniti Vision System, S/N: 0702809101X, MFR: Alcon Laboratories.
