Description

DOL WAGE DETERMINATION-SSA-RFQ-11-1618 SOLICITATION PACKAGE-SSA-RFQ-11-1618 SF 1449-SOLICITATION # SSA-RFQ-11-1618 SOLICITATION SSA-RFQ-11-1618 ISSUED AND POSTED ON 7/22/2011. The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for the continued maintenance and support of the Alerton IBEX for Windows Energy Management Control System (EMCS) and its associated hardware and components. The Contractor shall provide onsite support two days or sixteen (16) hours per month over a twelve (12) month period for SSA in Richmond, CA. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, material, and support to monitor and perform preventive maintenance to the EMCS. Alerton Technologies is the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM). Programming language used by the IBEX Alerton System is proprietary to Alerton and its franchised distribution and service network. This unrestricted procurement will be for commercial item services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 12 and will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The anticipated period of performance for the base year is 10/01/2011 through 9/30/2011; four option year periods will be included. The anticipated solicitation issue/closing dates are 7/22/2011 and 8/12/2011 respectively; the anticipated award date is 9/15/2011. The solicitation will be posted on the Fed Biz Ops(FBO) web page at www.fbo.gov ; all parties interested in submitting a quote should download the solicitation from the FBO website as telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
