- US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to award a sole source contract with Fenwal Incorporated, Government Sales and Operations, Three Corporate Drive, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. IAW FAR 6.302-1, Fenwal is the only source that can provide catalog number 4R3332E, RS-2000 with Fenwal Express System, Quad 500mL with CPDA/1; Sample Diversion System. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures IAW FAR 16.5. This is an unrestricted requirement. NAICS code 325412. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and there is no solicitation copy. However, contractors interested in responding to this notice must submit a technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same system. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
