- The key objective of this contract is to provide services, as needed, for the prevention of pollution aboard United States Marine Corps (USMC) Camps and facilities on Okinawa, Japan. The services will decrease the amount of waste in the hazardous waste stream and the potential on-going environmental liability that accompanies that portion of the hazardous waste disposal stream. The services will correspondingly help facilities meet the requirements of waste reduction under RCRA, 40 CFR 262.
