Description
Statement of Work 08 June 2011 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0401180A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 05 Jul 11, DPN 20110629 effective 29 Jun 11, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 Jul 2011. This acquisition is restricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611692. The business size standard is $7.0M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U008. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7999. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The requirements are as follows: CLIN0001 - FY 2012 Beginners Motorcycle Training Class, Over 21 - 350 each CLIN0002 - FY 2012 Beginners Motorcycle Training Class, Under 21 - 35 each CLIN0003 - FY 2012 Sport Bike Motorcycle Training Class, All Ages - 150 each CLIN0004 - FY 2012 Portable Lavatory Fees, Located at training site - 11 each *NOTE: CLIN0004 is for Lavatory fees. Lavatories are currently onsite and vendor will be responsible for the monthly fees. IAW attached Statement of Work. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.204-10 Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Teir Subcontract Awards FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the services offered to meet the Government requirement listed in CLIN0001 - 0004 and Statement of Work attached. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
