- Edwards AFB Child Development Care Center- Bldg. 6457 Closed Circuit Television Site Survey- July 28, 2011 9:00 am PST 1. Edwards AFB is conducting a site survey in order to facilitate accurate quotes for the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) requirements of the Child Development Center. a. The Site survey will take place Thursday July 28, 2011 and will begin at 9:00 am PST. b. Vendors should respond by Wednesday July 27, 2011 12:00pm PST to this solicitation with the following information: i. Name of attendees for each company attending ii. Phone numbers for attendees iii. Drivers license numbers c. Failure to provide the above information in time will result in attendees not being able to gain access to the base. d. Attendees shall enter Edwards AFB through the West Gate (Rosamond Blvd.). Upon arrival to the West Gate, attendees will park in the parking lot located just before the gate and enter the guest entrance. Please have the following information ready for Security Forces Personnel: i. Valid driver's license (must match the information given in para. b above) ii. Valid proof of insurance iii. Valid registration e. The site survey will have the following general itinerary: i. 9:00 am meeting at Bldg. 6457 ii. 9:00 am - 10:00 am Site survey/walkthrough iii. 10:00 am - 11:30 am Question and Answer (Q&A) -Q&A session will be held at Bldg. 3940, conference Rm 151 f. See the attached PDF entitled "Edwards CCTV Map" for locations of buildings, or enter the following URL address: i.http://www.edwards.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-101221-037.pdf g. Contractors shall only visit these locations while attending the site visit, and shall not visit other areas on base. h. The deadline to provide quotes will be extended to August 5, 2011 at 3:00 pm PST. I.
