- Summary of changes to existing solicitation DHS Form 700-21 Material Inspection and Receiving Report SF 30, Amendment to Solicitation Revised statement of work Due to nonmanufacturer rule, this solicitation is hereby changed from total small business set-aside to competition on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS is changed from 336611 to 423120. Size standard is changed from 1000 employees to 100 employees. As a result of these changes, the deadline for questions has been extended for one week until 8/2/2011. The deadline for proposal submittal shall remain unchanged; however, requests for extensions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please see attachment for SUMMARY OF CHANGES to existing solicitation which includes answers to questions presented.
