- DAVIS-BACON WAGE DETERMINATION CULVERT TYPICAL INSTALL PIT QUARRY TYPICAL OMB QUESTIONNAIRE KAKE VICINITY MAP KAKE ROAD REPAIR WORKLOG DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT KAKE STEWARDSHIP ROAD MAINTENANCE SOLICITATION The intent of this contract is maintenance of approximately 20 miles of forest road. Maintenance work will consist of culvert replacement, borrow placement, aggregate placement, roadside ditching, riprap placement, haul and seeding /fertilizing at locations staked on the ground. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and perform all work required in accordance with the attached typical drawings, supplemental specifications, and parent specifications.
