- Description
- The Military Fleet Support Command has a requirement for the upcoming Regular Overhaul of the USNS BIG HORN (T-AO 198). The period of performance for this requirement is to commence 05 Jan 2012 for a period of Fifty Five (55) days. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. Major work items include CARGO CONSOLE CABLE REPLACE, BALLAST TANK PRESERVATION, UNDERWATER HULL CLEANING AND PAINT and TANK INSPECTION SHS. Offeror area is East Coast. The estimated issued date for this solicitation is on or about 09 August 2011 with an estimated closing date of 07 September 2011. Upon issuance, the solicitation, drawings and all required supporting documentation will be posted and can be found on FEDBIZOPPS.
