- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command -Fort Dix, NJ intends to solicit & award an acquisition for a Yellow Ribbon Event in the area of Cincinnati, OH. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services which include but are not limited to guest rooms, conference & breakout rooms, AV supplies and meals. Facility shall be located within a 15 mile radius of 11880 Mosteller Rd. Sharonville OH 45241. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a 100% set aside for small businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $30.0M. The solicitation will be posted on or about 25 July 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in block #8 of the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
