- Tucson Utility Investigation RFQ Tucson Utility Investigation Site Location Tucson Utility Investigation SOW The Tucson Air Branch located on Davis Monthan AFB, AZ has a need for an engineering investigation into the cause of frequent sanitary sewer waste "back-ups" to and into building 1237 and each hangar building and provide a topographical survey and engineering investigation as to why storm water run-off floods the area between building 1237 and the hangar buildings.
