- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700111Q0218 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This solicitation is for 100% small business setaside. The Basis of Award is lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 492110, and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. Line item #0001: Qty: 1,920.00 PUBLIC WORKS DAY LABORER DESCRIPTION: POSITION WILL PROVIDED THE NECESSARY LEVEL OF RECYCLING SUPPORT REQUIRED, SATISFYING THE OVERALL OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES OF THE OFFICE OF SANITATION DIVISION. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 01 AUG 11 - 01 AUG 12. THE HOURS OF PERFORMANCE ARE 0700 - 1530 MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH UNPAID 30-MINUTE LUNCH BREAK.
