- AV Equipment List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The NAICS code for this requirement is 443112. FAR Provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this acquisition. The successful vendor must be registered at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.gov. This competition is for a brand name item only. Source selection will be based on a low cost basis. FOB Destination pricing is requested and shipping/delivery costs should be included in the proposal. INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE OFFEROR Pricing for all of the Brand Name items in the attached list. No substitutions will be accepted.
