- Modify unit of issue from each/person to each/class. See modified info at the end of the combined synopsis/solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3S3361187A001. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 611620 and Small Business Size Standard $7.0M, applies to this procurement. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2011-0623. Description of requirements: Provide instructor led yoga/pilates, aqua aerobics and exercise classes, all in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
