- RFQ Keystone Services for CulinaryWellness The Keystone Job Corps/MTC are currently soliciting vendors interested in providing culinary uniform leasing/laundry & wellness gown leasing/laundry for the 2011-2013 contract year with 3 pre priced option years. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formatlity conncected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
