- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT Purchase one (1) BendPak Super Duty Lift - 2 post lift for Dover AFB. 26 Jul 2011 1. GOVERNMENT DISCLAIMER (FAR 15.201 and 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes [Oct 1997] (a) The Government does not presently intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested, but would like to obtain pricing on the basis of this request. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this RFI, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This request is issued for the purpose of determining whether or not industry possesses sources capable of providing the requirements at the Dover AFB, DE. 2. GENERAL: Dover AFB 436 Contracting Squadron is looking for one (1) BendPak Super Duty Lift - 2 post lift (model number XPR-18C) or equal/like item. It has a lift capacity of 18,000 lbs, an overall height of 170 inches, an overall width of 155 inches, motor phase of 60 Hz, and 220 volts. Standards commercial warranty applies. No installation is required. Interested parties capable of providing the described item are invited to submit their information/quote. NAICS Code is 333921 and size standard is 500. Responses are due not later than 3:00 PM EST, Tuesday, 2 Aug 2011 and shall be sent to Francis Puangco via Email: francis.puangco@us.af.mil.
