- Question 1. Why an encrypted wireless VPN transmission of data that is itself broadcast openly and non-encrypted, would not be acceptable? Answer: RDC does not accept any wireless connections from AIS service providers. Question 2. If this is because the RDC is on NIPRNET or SIPRNET, then wouldn't every receiver connection point need to be certified? Answer: Commercial receiver connection points do not need to be certified.
