Description

The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located at 109 Bee Street in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking a contractor to provide a full scope of vascular surgery services. This is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. Contract period shall be October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012 with one (1) option year. The Contractor shall provide a full scope of vascular surgery services including pre-op and post-op evaluation and management and ancillary procedures, provision of 24-hour emergency coverage for all vascular emergencies, inpatient consultation, outpatient clinical coverage ensuring proper access care, and professional readings for all vascular lab studies. Consideration is unrestricted and the solicitation will be issued using the Request for Proposal Process. The proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401-5799, ATTN: Lillie Washington, Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621511 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13.5 Million. This notice is issued subject to the availability of funds and is not a request for proposal. The solicitation will be issued July 27, 2011 on the Federal Business Opportunities Website.
