- All work done on this procurement must be rendered by qualified, competent and certified persons as to perform the work as outlined in the Technical Provisions and Specifications for the Diesel Generator Set attached to this Synopsis. This Synopsis is issued on 26 July 2011. The Contracting Office is located at: US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District ATTN: Contracting Division 1222 Spruce Street St. Louis, MO 63103-2833 The Solicitation No. W912P911B0214 will be published in fifteen (15) days. Quantity requested is one (1) Diesel Generator Set. Unit of issue is one set. The required product is to be delivered to: US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District Warehouse 302 Riverlands Way West Alton, IL 63386 The Solicitation will close 30 days after issue. Delivery is to be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days of Contract Award. The anticipated award date is prior to 30 September 2011. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
