Description: The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Response Team (ERT) is in need of a durable safe portable vessel. The vessel is for field sampling in remote locations that can be shipped around the world. The vessel must be capable of being rapidly assembled and broken down at the work site. It must not require a boat ramp or designated area to safely launch. It must not require a trailer to transport and can be reduced in size to facilitate shipping or transport. It must have capacity for at least four personnel and sampling gear.
