- RFP FA4497-11-R-0019 Performance Confidence Rating List of Bldgs QASP HVAC Water Treatment PWS Bid Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is FA4497-11-R-0019 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request For Proposal. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20110725. This is a 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 238220, size standard $14M. The contractor shall provide the following services: Provide all labor, tools, equipment,transportation, and all others necessary to perform HVAC Water Treatment in accordance with Attachment 2 Performance Work Statement dated 22 Jul 2011 and all other attachments listed for this requirement. The contractor shall fill out the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ to include the provisions at 52.212-3, Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. See attached documents for all other terms and conditions for this requirement.
