- This solicitation is amended to extend the RFQ. Instructions to Quoters The quoter shall provide a firm-fixed price quote for the Live Production Video System and all CLINS with no substitutions. The quoter shall provide a project plan with a time line to include delivery of equipment, installation time length, installation date, and proposed training date. All correspondence shall include the RFQ number and amendement number 0001. To be considered technically acceptable quoters must comply with the statement of work and demonstrate the quoter's diagram is designed by a certified video systems engineer.
