- Request for Quote and Proposal in response to Evaluation Criteria. The Prescribed Fire Training Center (PFTC), Tallahassee, FL has a requirement for one lead Cadre and two Mentors to assist in the class room and field training of students in prescribed fire for approximately three sessions of one week each (Estimated amount of time is 150 hours per contract). Specialized skills, certifications and experience are required of each candidate. See Statement of Work/Services Required of the solicitation for information on PFTC and the contract requirements.
