- Evaluation Form Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify vendor sponsored courses that will be listed on the Office of Personnel Management's Human Resources (HR) University website. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, Solicitation, Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained herein. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this sources sought. Any responses received will not be used as a proposal. Background: HR University's (HRU) mission is to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and excellence for Federal HR professionals by providing career guidance, training, and resources to achieve a consistently high level of technical, consulting, business and professional competency. HRU launched in January 2011 as a one stop shop for career development information and training related for the Human Resources Federal career profession. The website provides users with a variety of courses, training activities, and training course information from various Federal sources, focusing on HR technical, general, and leadership competencies. The next phase of HRU will expand the course information to OPM approved vendor provided courses. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting information from qualified vendors who provide HR technical training in the HR specialty areas of: · Federal Executive Resources · Federal Training and Development · Federal Recruitment Purpose and Objective: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify vendor sponsored courses that will be listed on the HRU website. The sources sought notice will not result in any contracted document between OPM and a vendor and will only provide a platform to post OPM's approved vendors' courses.
