- Description
- The Fleet Logistics Support Center, Jacksonville (FLCJAX) Contracting Department anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition of PERSONNEL SPECIALIST SERVICES (PSS) for Non-Personal Temporary Services the NAICS is 561110 (Office Administrative Services), with a size standard of $7M. This acquisition has been set aside 100% under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)). This PSS acquisition will provide the U.S. Navy Personnel Support Centers throughout the United States with an efficient and reliable means of obtaining Non-Personal Temporary Contract Labor Support. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract (FFP/IDIQ). The period of performance will be a Base and two (2)/One (1)-Year Option Years. The Base Year performance period is anticipated to commence on or about 01 October 2011. The solicitation documents will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at link: https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and FEDBIZOpps Website at: http: www.fedbizopps.gov.
