- ISSUE DATE: 07/27/2011. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary for milling, resurfacing, and reconstructing portions of existing asphalt roads and parking areas, and incidental related work. All work will be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Station New York in Staten Island, NY. The anticipated construction time is 45 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 237310, with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 08/16/2011. The tentative date set for bid opening is 15 September 2011 at 2:00 p.m. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns.
