- Narkomed and Associated Equipment The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) 10th Medical Group located near Colorado Springs, Colorado issues this Request for Information (RFI) as part of market research seeking sources of preventive maintenance, calibration and repair services of Narkomed Anesthesia equipment and associated support equipment in the surgery department as listed in the attached spreadsheet. Please respond with your company size standard under NAICS Code 811219, plus information whether or not your company holds an applicable GSA schedule, and details regarding your company's capabilities to meet all of the following requirements: - Must perform preventive maintenance, calibrations and repairs for five (5) Draeger Narkomed 6000 anesthesia systems, 5 Integrated Patient Monitors, and one (1) Draeger Fabius Tiro anesthesia system IAW OEM recommended specifications and frequency. - Must perform concentration verification of vaporizers mounted on Draeger anesthesia equipment during planned periodic maintenance IAW OEM specifications. - Must replace all scheduled replacement parts IAW OEM recommended frequencies and only with OEM approved parts. - Must provide, at no additional cost, all unscheduled repair parts, and only use OEM recommended parts for repairs. - Must respond to unscheduled repair requests by telephone within four (4) hours and respond on-site within twenty-four (24) hours. - Must perform all OEM required software updates during scheduled or unscheduled services. - Must coordinate scheduled and unscheduled service visits with the Medical Group's in-house biomedical equipment repair section - Must provide detailed service reports for all maintenance to the biomedical equipment repair section within three (3) days after completion of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
