- Wage Determination #2005-2521, Rev. 12, Dated 6/13/2011 SOW Shade Structure WSA Medina RFQ Shade Structure Medina WSA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of Lackland AFB for the following items: Item 0001 - Construct/install Shade Structure one with Flexible base pad 30' x 40' to be located next to Bldg 168 on Lackland Training Annex, Medina. In Accordance With the Statement of Work and Wage Determination #2005-2521, Rev. 12, Dated 6/13/2011. FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. Item 0002 - Construct/install Shade Structure one with Flexible base pad 30' x 40' to be located next to Bldg 171 on Lackland Training Annex, Medina. In Accordance With the Statement of Work and Wage Determination #2005-2521, Rev. 12, Dated 6/13/2011. FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 314912 applies to this procurement. THIS PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The small business size standard is: 500 employees. FOB: Destination for Delivery and installation to: Parade Field, Lackland AFB TX, 78236. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
