Kingsbridge R., Bronx, VA 10468 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Searching for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB),8-A, Hub Zone, Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned Small Businesses or other small or large businesses to procure Trabectome Equipment which includes irrigation & aspiration console, electrosurgical console, rolling cart, gonio lenses (left & right), procedure pack operational & technical manuals which will be located at the Bronx VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, parts, components, tools, supervision and transportation to the equipment is installed properly & in a timely manner. Vendor shall have the necessary liability insurance. Vendor is required to service, respond to breakdown repair calls, guarantee ongoing user training, adhere to JCAHO and regulatory documentation and provide priority routing for technical support.
