Description

Mount Rainier National Park has issued an electronic Request for Quotations (document # P11PS80788) that is available at www.fbo.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov. All offerors must establish and/or maintain an active registration at http://www.ccr.gov and complete the online representations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to the RFQ closing date. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all materials, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to install sprinkler systems in two National Park Service structures in accordance with the attached specifications. The buildings are located 6 miles inside the West Entrance of Mount Rainier National Park, Longmire, WA 98397. SEE ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK FOR DETAILED REQUIREMENTS. SOLICITATION DETAILS: This is a best value procurement that is being set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 238220. All work will be performed under a single Firm-Fixed Price construction contract subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is below $25,000. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on August 8 1:30pm located at the Macy Dorm in the maintenance area, Mount Rainier National Park, Longmire, WA 98397.
