- The United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps System Command (MCSC), Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Communications and Control (C2) Weapons and Sensors Development and Integration (MC2I), Radar Systems Program Manager is seeking sources for engineering services and sustainment of the AN/TPS-63B Radar System. Specific tasks will include engineering studies, evaluations and analysis to support system improvements, eliminate obsolescence, and capitalize on technology insertion; Developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) in concert with previous studies and for implementation in the system baseline; Providing for procurement and incorporation of hardware, software, or firmware in support for accepted ECPs in to the end item baseline; Providing Contractor Logistics Support for the provisioning of data products subsequent to ECP procurement, including but not limited to parts list identification data, engineering drawings, change pages to drawings, change pages to Technical Manuals (TMs), and updates to Electronic TMs (IETMs). MCSC anticipates an award of a single Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. Firms who submit qualification packages in response to this notice should state whether you intend to be prime-contractor or sub-contractor, and should provide demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to the tasks described above. Responses must not exceed five (5) pages on 8 ½ x 11" paper with type no smaller than 10-point. Firms should identify in your response whether your company is a small or large business. If small, you should also identify if your company is a Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Women-owned Small Business, HUB-Zone Small Business, or Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concern under the NAICS Code 334511 (standard size is 750 employees). Also, state if you are a US- or Foreign-Owned entity. The aforementioned information can be included in a cover letter accompanying your five (5) page qualification package. No telephonic requests will be accepted. All communication shall be submitted in writing to Damon Trevithick at Marine Corps Systems Command, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134-6050 within 45 days of this announcement. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS.
