Description
CIF Printer Maintenance Brand Name J&A CIF Printer Maintenance Solicitation The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intents to award on a competitive basis, a contract for hardware and software support and maintenance, to include emergency calls, for the currently fielded Horizon H2 and Horizon Evolution printers and accessories for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) - Central Issuance Facility (CIF). These printers are used to print Common Access Cards (CAC) for the Central Issuance Request Station (CACCIRS) sites. This is a Brand Name requirement and the Brand Name J&A is attached to this announcement. In addition, a detailed description of the requirement, the CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-11-R-0042 and issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-53, effective 05 Jul 2011, and DPN 20110725. This requirement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis; there is no set-aside. The NAICS code is 811212 and the small business size standard is $25 million. This acquisition is being procured using FAR Parts 12 and 15. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Period of Performance shall be from September 15, 2011 to September 14, 2012 with two 12 month option periods. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on August 29, 2011. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Melanie Thornsbury, at: melanie.thornsbury@osd.pentagon.mil by 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on August 5, 2011.
