- UDEQ Regulated Underground Storage Tanks List of Readings Answers to Contractor Questions Amendment 01 - Cathodic Protection Testing Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, transportation, material and equipment necessary to perform annual cathodic protection testing at various facilities at Hill AFB, Little Mountain, and Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Utah. The contractor shall take structure-to-soil potential (and structure-to-water potentials where applicable) readings on both the Impressed Current and Sacrificial Anode Systems. The contractor's personnel assigned to perform the testing must be qualified and experienced in the process of taking cathodic protection potential readings. A current National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certification in cathodic protection testing to a minimum level of CP-1 will be considered in lieu of work experience. Note: A copy of NACE certificate for personnel conducting cathodic protection testing must accompany contractor's bid. The purpose of Amendment 01 is to extend the proposal due date from Tuesday, 2 August 2011 at 2pm (MST) to Thursday, 4 August 2011 at 2pm (MST), include answers to contractor questions, and include additional project documents. The answers to contractor questions and additional project information have been incorporated into the section of the solicitation entitled List of Attachments.
