- This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business all quotes received from will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Contractor shall furnish materials, labor and equipment in order to install three street lights as stated in the specifications (included in the body of this Solicitation) at the National Historic Trails Center in Casper, Wyoming. Work includes installation of three street lights, with approximately 1100 feet of underground wire and conduit. Contractor is also required to connect the new lights to the existing system.all labor, equipment, transportation and materials to place a quick-set and slurry seal to the LOCATION: Work under this contract is located in Natrona County, Casper, Wyoming. The work site is at the NHTIC, 1501 N. Poplar St., Casper, Wyoming.The Project cost is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be only one site visit for this project. You should refer to solicitation for date and time. This project has a period of performance that is planned to being no later than the 01 SEP 11 and is to be completed no later than 31 OCT 11. The Solicitation is to be issued on or about July 29, 2011. All questions about the project and its requirements must be forwarded in writing to the COR: dennis_jackson@blm.gov. The COR is strictly prohibited from answering questions about project funding, pricing and/ or other contract procedures.
