- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation for commercial items with the intent to award in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is WF7LKT1171-0400. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-51 dated April 1, 2011. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336112 Small Business Size Standard 1,000 It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Description of Requirement: The US MILGRP Bogota, Colombia requires a Forklift with the following characteristics: 1.Power Steering: Hydrostatic 2.Dimensions: Mast Extension minimum is 196 inches, Mast Lowered maximum is 96 inches, Height Overhead guard is maximum 95 inches, width is 96 inches. 3.Fuel: Diesel 4.Capacity: Between 15,500 lb. to 20,000 lb. 5.Fork lengths: 96 inches long 6.
