- Sources Sought for Label Plates for USCGC BERTHOLF (WMSL-750) and USCGC WASCHE (WMSL-751) In accordance with FAR 15.300 the U. S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for Small Businesses. This is not a solicitation or offer. No contract or order will result from this announcement. Response by interested parties must be made by 11:00 am PST on 21 July, 2011. The NAICS Code is 339999. The small business size standard is less than 1000 employees. The acquisition is to conduct desktop, ship check, and other validation efforts necessary to revise, update and provide revised, SRDs, EOSS documents via NSWCCD-SSES, Label Plates, CIBs, System Manuals (to include but not limited to HVAC/CPS Manuals), CCOLs, Damage Control Books, Damage Control Diagrams/Plates, and any other identified ILS products as required that reflect the current configurations of USCGC BERTHOLF (WMSL-750) and USCGC WAESCHE (WMSL-751). ILS Products to validate and update: EOSS Damage Control Books Label Plates Damage Control Diagrams/Plates SRDs Cutter Information Books CCOLs System Manuals Both Cutters are 425 foot National Security Cutters home ported in Alameda, CA. The required delivery date for the above requested material is 31 July 2012. Note: Drawings, Specifications or schematics are available from this agency upon request by prospective offerors.
