- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a Brand Name Specific basis for various portable boring machine parts manufactured by Climax Portable Machine Tools Inc. located in Newberg, OR. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333512, Machine Tool (Metal Cutting Types) Manufacturing. The contract line items (CLINs) are as follows. CLIN 0001: Hydraulic Power Supply, Model HPU 10HP 4FUNCT 460V, 1 each CLIN 0002: Motor Assembly, Part Number 39843, 1 each CLIN 0003: Motor Assembly, Part Number 39844, 1 each CLIN 0004: Motor Assembly, Part Number 39845, 1 each CLIN 0005: Motor Assembly, Part Number 39846, 1 each CLIN 0006: Motor Assembly, Part Number 43451, 1 each CLIN 0007: Motor Assembly, Part Number 39847, 1 each CLIN 0008: Motor Assembly, Part Number 43452, 1 each CLIN 0009: Bar Boring Assembly, Part Number 6753-S1, 1 each CLIN 0010: Net Fit Tool Carrier, Part Number 6173-S1, 1 each This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-11-T-0113 and it is posted along with this notice. Quotes are due by 3:00 pm EDT on 25 July 2011 and may be faxed to the attention of Bonnie Parker at fax number 757-396-9895 or emailed to her at bonnie.parker@navy.mil.
