Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, etc. necessary for the disassembly, re-assembly, reconfiguration, re-calibration and re-certification of existing General Electric Revolution XQ/i Digital Radiographic Imaging System in the third floor Radiology department at the New York Harbor Healthcare System “ Brooklyn Campus, under project number 630A4-CSI-104. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1.Disassemble and reassemble existing General Electric Revolution XQ/i Digital Radiographic Imaging System in Room 3 of the Radiology department. 2.Calibrate, test and ensure the reassembled machine is fully operational and compliant with Original Equipment Manufacturer Specifications. 3.Vendor must be a GE authorized service provider ensuring that calibration, testing and functionality meets and matches OEM specifications. This project is a Total set-aside for Small Business (SB). The project cost range is less than $25,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 423450; size standard <100 employes applies. This is a Sealed Bid Procurement. The SB must be a small business under the relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and MUST be currently registered in the following websites: http://ccr.gov,and http://orca.bpn.gov at time of bid opening to be eligible for award. All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation, posted on www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 31, 2011. The site visit information, bid submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all bid submissions shall be in hardcopies. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for re-visiting the website located at www.fedbizopps.gov periodically, to look for updates. All requests for information are required to be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening, in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO hardcopies will be distributed; NO telephone inquiries will be responded to; and NO verbal questions will be accepted.
