- Solicitation for End Item: KC-135 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 583 5666, PR 0041429549, TIE ROD, SPRING. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Quantity: 141 each.. This procurement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. NAICS is 336413. This is a full and open competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 199 days ARO. Export control specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available from the Government. Boeing Rights Guard Applies. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 16 AUGUST 2011.
