Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Eureka Delineated Area: North: Eureka City Limits generally by Humboldt Bay South: Unincorporated area of Spruce Point/Humboldt Hill East: Eureka City Limit by Myrtle Ave., West and Y Streets West: Eureka City Limits generally by Humboldt Bay Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,975 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,571 RSF Space Type: Office; Contiguous on first floor or on ground floor. Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 Client parking spaces; proposed parking lay-out must provide substantial move-around space for horse/ livestock trailers. Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 reserved for Government Employees. Parking Spaces (Secured) 10 secured/ controlled for Government Vehicles Full Term: Fifteen (15) Years Firm Term: Ten (10) Years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. 1) Proposed space shall be contiguous on first floor or on ground floor. Can be separated by hallway. 2) Parking Requirements: Ease of access to proposed location and parking will be a consideration for proposed space. 3) Ceiling Height: A minimum of 9' 0" ceiling height in defined storage/ filing areas. 4) Floor Load Capacity: In excess of 100/lbs per square foot in storage areas. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems.
