- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, BUCHANAN-N4155711RC146FS-JERSEYS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 315299 and the small business size standard is 500. The numbering scheme should be 1-7 size L, and 8-15 size XL. 2. What size number's are you wanting on the jerseys? 8 inch numbers 3. What numbering scheme is required (is it per color, 2 each of #1-8 on L and 2 each of #9-15 on XL)? There shall be numbers on the front and back of both sides of the jersey.
