Primary Point of contact for this is SSGT Hurley: owen.hurley@offutt.af.mil SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following equipment listed below: 1. GPS Timing Engine (12 channel receiver), Includes L1 antenna, 50- ft cable, masts and clamps. The key features for this item are: Frequency 1575.42 MHz (L1 signal) Code Coarse Acquisition (C/A) code Tracking Up to 12 satellites with TRAIM Position Accuracy Typically < 10m when tracking four (4) satellites TRAIM Mask 1 μS 1 PPS Accuracy UTC-USNO ±30 ns RMS 100 ns Peak Time standard: UTC or GPS Antenna input Female BNC Antenna Power 20 mA - 220 mA, +12 V 2. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HubZone, 8(a), small disadvantaged business, small business, woman owned business or large business) relative to NAICS 334519 ( size standard of 500 Employee's). In order to receive an award from any resultant solicitation, the successful offeror must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. The successful offeror must also have an active Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA). The ORCA website is: http://orca.bpn.gov/. The information provided will be used for planning purposes only. Sources must demonstrate technical experience on similar acquisitions, specifically addressing the requirements specified in this synopsis and demonstrate the ability to obtain the resources necessary to successfully compete for this requirement. Responses to this notice should include company name, DUNS number, address, point of contact and the size of your business pursuant to the following questions: (1) is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business, or small disadvantage business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act, identify if you are in 0681 district? (4) Is your firm a certified HubZone firm? (5) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small or Veteran Owned Small Business? All information submitted is at the offeror's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of capability statements in connection with this market survey. Respondents will not be contacted regarding their submission of information or information gathered as a result of this notice. Any information provided is voluntary.
