- RA1330-11-RQ-1185 This is a presolicitation notice to remove existing backflow assemblies at for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) located at Northwest Fisheries Science Center Laboratory, 2725 Montlake Blvd., E., Seattle, Washington and reconfigure the piping and install new backflow assemblies. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $14.0 M. Performance period shall be 90 days from date of award. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 08, 2011 at 10:00 am PST. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on August 02, 2011 and closes August 12, 2011 no later than 04:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
