- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SDVOSB SET-ASIDE. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; Bids will be requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 17-August-2011. Solicitation number FA4600-11-B-0019 will be issued as an INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $14,000,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to SDVOSB concerns. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a period of performance (POP) of 75 days to provide the following service: This project consists of all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workable manner, the work required for the Combined Construction, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Work to Repair Computer Support Room LL, B185 at Offutt AFB, NE. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract specifications and drawing sheets. Please reference solicitation number FA4600-11-B-0019 on all correspondence. Project magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. Notice to Bidders: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All contractors shall be registered with On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If the Offeror does not successfully register in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Bidder. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in the Bid.
