- Solicitation No. W9127Q-11-T-0024 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 sizes standard is 33.5 Million average annual receipts. Camp Shelby, Mississippi has the requirement to connect 2 remote Locations into the campus network utilizing fiber optic connectivity. The intent of this contract is to obtain materials and services needed to install, terminate and test one 144 strand, single mode fiber optic cable from building 3601 in 2" pipe to the 2 remote locations, terminate 24 strands in both locations and dead head the other 96 strands in a hand hole near first remote location for future use. The distance is approximately 3 miles. Hand holes (30X48X24) will be installed every 600 ft and at all three building entrances and all 90 degree turns and road crossings.
