- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Culpeper Delineated Area: North: Rt. 229 to Achievement Drive, NE on Rt. 15/29 Bus. To Ira Hoffman Lane; East: SE on Rt. 3 to James Madison Hwy (Rt. 15/29); South: S on Rt. 15 Bus to James Madison Hwy (Rt. 15/29), SW on Rt. 29 Bus to James Madison Hwy (Rt. 15/29); West: W from Main Street to Lake Pelham, NW on Rt. 522 to Rt. 763 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,520 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Must be close to interstates, public transportation and other amenities and must be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2012. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The Government presently occupies 5,520 ABOA Office Area square feet of space at 1014-1018 South Main Street in Culpeper, Virginia. The Government is evaluating a Renewal Option and will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the existing location, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate.
